Moneymaking and the Power of the “Want To”
May 18, 2008 Posted by ScottPhelpsMost people want to make money, but they don’t seem to find ultimate success. One of the primary reasons may be the lack of ‘want to’.These individuals might pay for a business idea that contains the promise of wealth enhancement, but there is a crucial step they often overlook or purposely ignore. Seek InventHelp Inventor Services if you also develop an innovative product that has a potential to be a profitable business.
Who wouldn’t like to have money handed to them on a silver platter? I suppose if you’re fortunate enough to have been born into a family where money isn’t an object this goal is achievable, but for most individuals the desire for wealth runs counter to our natural disposition.
If there is a checklist in business these individuals will place a mental checkmark by all the items they can easily accomplish and then totally ignore a very important item. It’s kind of like building a car and determining the engine isn’t really needed so you leave it out.The problem winds up being a lack of full commitment. Timid souls want the cash, but don’t want the terrifying task of marketing.
It may not be hard to work putting a business idea together. It may not be especially difficult to work through issues related to outfitting a brick and mortar store or building your online presence. Certainly these may have their share of difficult moments, but both are composed of a self-reliant nature. These are things you can do yourself without asking anyone to help.
When it comes to marketing you are forced outside your personally insulated cocoon and are forced to interact with others who have the ability to cause your business to grow.I’m not sure why marketing is something a select group of business owners believe is not needed to establish their business. It’s almost as if the belief is that your individual presence will be enough to ensure success. I can virtually assure you that this is a colossal mistake and an incorrect assessment of the value of marketing.
If you are to establish your money making business you will need to let others know you exist. It will mean coming out of your shell and communicating with others. This can involve face-to-face conversation, phone calls and online communication. This may also mean advertising and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) if your business is online. Then, for those who prioritize discretion, a digital workspace in Birmingham offers an ideal solution. By using a remote business location, you can keep your home address private, which is particularly valuable for small business owners. It’s a simple way to elevate your professional image while safeguarding your personal privacy. Consider these options further by checking out this service offering virtual Birmingham business addresses.
Don’t brush past the idea of marketing your business as if it is nothing radically different than a few extra bolts tossed into a swing set erection set. This will never be a throw away suggestion. Your business will be good news for someone who has been looking specifically for something you are able to provide. Why would you not want to start a business and then keep it quiet? You should want to shout it from the rooftops. You should be so excited about your business you can’t help but mention it to others.
If you invest in a moneymaking plan and it provides suggestions for marketing you need to pay attention and allow yourself to learn the skills of personal networking and improved marketing skills. You need to discover that everyone will need to rely on others to gain the visibility you will need to establish your business and become successful.

I agree that it takes time to learn how to make a successful business owner
I “want-to”… =)
Agree on what you’ve mentioned, and this is another point that we should look into. Commitment is important, as many reader will leave, if there aren’t activity nor any new post made too.
I think one thing also that other people missing in the online presence of their business is the lack of “want to” invest more time in marketing and gaining more traffic streams of their site.
Nice inspirative article
Thanks man 🙂
Many people see huge sites that basically have their money on autopilot, and say that they want that. The truth is, many of them have “earned their stripes”. They started off the same way you did. A site that is a ghost town. What made them successful is the path they took to get there. They faced struggles and roadblocks. They worked long and hard on their site. They could now leave their site for a month, and still make money off of it. You leave your site for a month and everybody vanishes.
If you want to succeed, you have to work hard. Post on a regular basis. I understand when life calls and you have to put your site on the back burner. But come back to it full throttle when you get life straightened out. Pick up lost time and hit the ground running. You have to make a bold stance, or you will be overlooked.
TRAFFIC. Think of it like this. Traffic = Money. Once you get your site all perfect. Theme is the way you want it, you have some good posts under your belt, and something that people want to read, your next job is to get traffic! Social networks and posting on other popular blogs is a great way. You also have to spend a little money to make money. Pick some medium to large sites that don’t ask for tons of money to run an ad. Ask them for their traffic stats so you can decide what site you want to advertise on.
Around where I live, it is about 300 bucks for a billboard, plus some other charges for setting up the ad. My dad wanted to buy a billboard and run an ad for his site. I said, who drives down the road and writes down sites or ads off of billboard?? Who is going to pull over or jump on their laptop and check it out. They will forget about it a mile down the road. I told him for the same price, he could advertise on 5 web sites and see 10 times better results. Save up some money and buy some ad space.
Network with others. Email other web masters and see if they would like to exchange links. Maybe you have something really awesome, email them and bring it to their attention. They might even post about it for free, driving tons of traffic to your site. Don’t be scared. If you are, then you will get left in the dust.

This is so true, and you have to get out of your comfort zone if you want to be successful in life, in relationships, and in business. Nobody is going to hand anything to you, so you have to get out and ask for it. So many people fear rejection or failure, so they don’t make the first move and get something going, which is all it takes. Once you have that initial momentum, you can go from there and continue building on it.
Moneymaking and the Power of the “Want To” , your voice tone have a bit like the network marketing company trainer. Can you relax a bit? I’m a small contrator. I learned a think in my business life is that the more you mean about money, the less money you make. People do not like to deal with mean person.
I don’t mean not working on your business but just not too mean on things.
Relax! Keep working! Enjoy what you working on!
It’s true that the idea of making huge money rapidly, can entice anyone. and you’ve rightly said that such persons usually “overlook or purposely ignore” the risks. Though the solution seems to be a little tough, but it’s worth trying to find “ultimate success” !!
Sorry if I come off to strong.
I was just trying to make the point that you must have strong desire to make money online. It takes alot of work.
By the way, I am not into network marketing at all. I own 23 websites and have built some very large online communities. My business has nothing to do with network marketing.

If someone wants to make money then they need to put the effort into it as otherwise they won’t get very far.
Thanks everyone for your comments.
To Andy T:
I am sorry if I came off in a harsh tone but you must work hard to make money online. It does not just fall into your lap. It requires hard grunt work. I am sure you know this. The question, is it worth it? That is up to each individual’s goals.
I am not into network marketing at all. I own 23 websites and have built some very large communities so my business has nothing to do with network marketing at all.
I have dealt with probably hundreds if not thousands of people in my businesses through the years and have never been called mean. I am passionate about what I do I guess.
Thanks guys,
Scott

Well , Making money was never easy, Nobody can make money while sleeping (Until it is not fraud)
I agree with what your saying, although I believe I have the “want to” it’s more of the time to sit down and work through various projects I have going at the moment.
I seem to get half way through one then decide to start a new, better one up.
It doesn’t help working a 9-5 too taking up most of my time.
If you want to be successful you will have to be patient and do some work.
