New Affiliate Marketing Record: $6,585 in 1 Day!
February 5, 2013 Posted by Tyler CruzI swear to God that I’m starting to get as sick of these "new record" posts as you guys probably are by now, but as long as they keep happening, I’m going to be posting them.
I mean, how frequent can they really be? With 5 new records set last month, and a new monthly record having been published just 2 days ago, there can’t be that many new records on the horizon.
But with a new record having been made 3 days ago, I’m forced to write yet another one.
On February 2nd, 2013, my campaigns brought in a total of:
$6,585 for the day!
That’s an increase of $670 over my previous record, made just 5 days prior!
Wow. What a crazy past few weeks.
The Only Thing That Matters
In the end, the only thing that really matters is of course the bottom line – the net profit.
The reason I usually talk in terms of gross numbers is because that is typically the number that is used to define campaigns and earnings in the world of affiliate marketing. Whenever somebody mentions a number, I always assume it’s gross unless they say otherwise.
Out of that $6,585, I ended up spending a total of $3,707.91 in paid traffic, resulting in a net profit of:
$2,877.50
While a fantastic day, it fell just a tiny bit short of seeing a new personal daily net profit record on my campaigns. $6.40 to be exact, which was $2,883.89, made 5 days ago.
The number is interesting though, because it’s just over the "magic" number of $2,740, which is the average daily amount you need to generate in order to hit 1 million dollars in a year.
This was a record high day for me, and this is affiliate marketing so things can die at any given moment, but it’s still nice to think about because again, this is the net number we’re talking about.
The day ended up with an overall ROI of 77%, which as I’ve mentioned in the past, is really good considering the volume.
At Least One More
The scary thing is, I actually broke this record the very next day. By a lot, too.
I’ll be posting about that new record in another 48 hours. I’m sure that after that post though, that you won’t see another new daily record post from me for a long time. I hope I’m wrong, of course, but it just seems so surreal to go even higher.
Nice TC! I hope to see you keep up that momentum. Maybe we’ll get a conference out of you in the near future too! 😀
Very nice. Good job Tyler.
That is freaking amazing Tyler. I watched your recent vid about affiliate marketing, are you mostly just using Peerfly and FB/Adwords advertising to rake in $x,xxx per day? I still can’t even wrap my head around those kind of figures.
I’m doing very little AdWords at the moment. So many options out there, so little time.
when i direct link, facebook keeps rejecting my offer… why?
Did you compare that to using a landing page? If so, then it’s the offer itself that Facebook doesn’t like.
no, not yet. facebook is being retarded now, getting a message to send in government id because they detected an extra browser login session. what a fail on their part.
Good stuff: seems like a trend there. All I seen in my rss reader is “New Record…” Nice tan, by the way.
Heh, took me a minute to get that…
Tyler……traffic is the beast that pushes the engine. Without revealing sources do you tend to stick to “Private Media Buys” CPV type stuff or a combo of a lot of things?
I think one problem that many people get caught up in is there are so many different sources of traffic and offers that people want to try everything because they don’t want to miss out…..and in the process don’t do anything well.
I use a number of different traffic sources, but primarily typical ad networks such as Facebook.
I definitely agree with you in that people try too many traffic sources without focusing on one first. It’s actually contrary to what I’ve preached not very long ago – to try and test everything. I still believe that you should try and test everything, if you have the time, but if other affiliates (not budgetless big brand advertisers) are making a certain traffic source work, you should try to figure it out.
After all, if you can “master” a big network like AdWords or Facebook, you’re going to be set and will never need to learn another source as there’s more traffic on Facebook than you can ever afford.
Wow, nice work again, man. I want in 🙂
Congrats on the consistent big numbers Tyler. $2,740/day is nice, but you should shoot for $3k/day just for the extra padding 😀
These are peak/record days, not average days. $2,700 net profit/day average would be AWESOME!
Congrats Tyler,
What would you say is the one thing you did which changed your fortunes?
Will you please let me know that these successful campaigns get any support of your personal brand from anywhere ?
Even if your TC logo on those landing pages, then please mention that.
No doubt you are burning a lot of money to make a lot of money but I have to start and that’s why looking for a full proof way to proceed to save my budget that is very limited.
What?
Do you think your name in the industry affects your sales ?
I’m running network affiliate offers – I’m not using my brand or sending traffic to my blog…
Hi Tyler, I could be wrong, but maybe he is asking. If you being a popular guy in the Industry and Blogger, do you get more help with campaigns from the networks. ???
sexy tan tyler
Okay thanks Tyler, I got it.
